Previously, all call data was tracked in one place. We've now split it into two clear buckets so you always know what your agent achieved—and what extra information it picked up along the way.
Successful Outcomes
Define what a "successful" call looks like for your team. Create specific outcomes—like "Appointment Booked" or "Callback Requested"—and the Voice Agent automatically marks them true or false based on each conversation.
