The Assistant answers questions about your calls. You type a question in plain English, it looks up your call data and answers.
This guide shows you how to ask so you get a good answer the first time.

| Rule | Why |
|---|---|
| 1. Keep asking in the same chat | Follow-up questions come back about 5× faster |
| 2. Say which campaign | Otherwise it has to guess |
| 3. Say what dates you mean | "Last 30 days" works best |
| 4. Add the year to any date | "June 1-4" confuses it. "June 1-4, 2026" doesn't |
| 5. Check the numbers before you ask for a file | Faster to fix a number than redo a file |
That's the whole guide. The rest is examples.
Continue in the same chat while analyzing the same dataset, but start a new chat when changing topics or when the thread becomes unusually long or slow.
❌ Don't do this — three separate chats
Chat 1: How many collections calls did we make last week?
Chat 2: How many promises to pay did we get last week?
Chat 3: What were the top reasons people were behind last week?
You wait the long wait three times.
✅ Do this — one chat per topic
CHAT 1:
You: How many calls did the Collections agent make in the last 7 days?
Include how many promised to pay.
You: Now break that down by day.
You: What were the top reasons people gave for being behind?
You: Put that in a spreadsheet.
CHAT 2:
You: How many connected calls were made in the last 7 days for all live agents?
One long wait, then quick answers.
