This SOP outlines the steps for global admins, knowledge base admins, and voice agent admins to manage user access and permissions within the Aviary AI Unified Platform.

• Ensure your IT department has set you up as a global admin during SAML SSO configuration.
• Access the product access page from the left-hand panel under the organization.
• Use the search bar to find a specific user or filter users based on existing access.

2. Setting User Access 1:04

• Click on a user to view their product-wide access details.
• Toggle access for specific products on the right-hand side.
• Set the user's role as either:
  • Product Admin: Full control of the tool.
  • Product User: Limited access.
