This guide is for staff at your organization who will be connecting Calendly to your AviaryAI voice agent.

What You'll Need

• Your organization-issued work email address
• Access to your work calendar (Google or Microsoft)
• Permission from your organization to use create a Calendly account

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Create your Calendly account

• Go to calendly.com and sign up using your work email address.

Step 2: Connect your work calendar

• Click your profile icon (your initials) in the top-right corner.
• Select Calendar Sync from the dropdown menu.

• Click Connect next to your calendar provider — Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
