How It Works

1. Your IT team sends Aviary the IP addresses that will connect and the team members who need login access.
2. AviaryAI allowlists your IPs and provisions SFTP credentials.
3. Your team receives connection details through a secure channel.
4. Your team tests the connection and begins pushing files on the agreed schedule.

What You'll Need

• Static public IP address(es) that will originate the SFTP connection
• Name and email of each person who needs SFTP login access
• An SFTP client (WinSCP, FileZilla, or command line sftp) or a scheduled transfer job
• Outbound firewall access on port 22

Who Should Complete This

This should be completed by someone with the ability to manage firewall rules and configure scheduled file transfers, typically an IT admin or systems engineer.
