How It Works

  1. A member is speaking with your organization’s AviaryAI voice agent.
  2. The voice agent determines the member needs to be connected directly to your team for further assistance.
  3. The voice agent places the member on hold, while the member hears hold music.
  4. The voice agent automatically sends a request to notify channel in Microsoft Teams.
  5. A Team’s channel will receive a Teams notification with a quick summary about the member and the call, helping you prepare to assist.
  6. The recipient of the notification will be asked if they are available to take the call:
  7. Once you select your option, the voice agent handles the next steps automatically, ensuring the member experience continues smoothly.
  8. If no option is selected within 90 seconds, the voice agent will return to the call and attempt to schedule a follow up with the member.
  9. You then connect with the member and continue the conversation with all the information you need.

The entire process happens seamlessly to ensure you’re informed and ready before you’re connected to the caller.
